The Handbook

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the on-line Handbook! These pages contain local documents on various Aikido subjects. Most of them are questions and advice that have come up on the Aikido mailing list and other aikido related WWW sources since December 1994. The messages have been sniped and are hopefully attributed to the correct person - if you find any errors please let me know. Feel free to take copies of anything that you find useful. The advice here comes with no guarantees.

There is also a printed club handbook. This includes a crib sheet for regularly used Japanese terms, names of techniques, the code of conduct and dojo etiquette, the grading syllabus up to Shodan, training guides and the grading syllabus.
